UPDATE (May 2026):  After many years of organizing the conference since 2008, the Vancouver Island Emergency Preparedness Conference Society is being disbanded.

The final AGM of the Society was held on Sunday, April 19, 2026.  At that meeting, the members of the Society confirmed that the Society shall be dissolved.  We are in the process of distributing the Society's remaining funds to worthy Emergency Preparedness organizations on Vancouver Island before registering the dissolution.

Our sincere gratitude and thanks go out to all those who organized and participated in the conferences over the years.
